That applicant in contemplation of conducting a closing out sale under the provisions of G.S. 66-78
has not ordered any goods, wares or merchandise for the purpose of selling or disposing of the same at the proposed sale within sixty (60) days prior to the filing of the application for the license herein requested.

That the applicant makes this statement under oath being aware that any false statement set forth in
this application shall render applicant, upon conviction, deemed guilty of perjury as provided in G.S. 66-77(d).
