Grass clippings and loose leaves that cannot be picked up with a pitch fork may be placed in clear bags, cardboard boxes or other lightweight open bins that can be dumped easily by one man overhead.  Please do not bag garbage, recyclables, flower pots, fertilizer bags, treated or painted wood or other items with yard waste.  Do not bag yard waste that can be picked up with a pitch fork or bundled.
