Members of the Waynesville Housing Authority are appointed by the Mayor to deal with issues regarding the Waynesville Housing Authority per North Carolina General Statute 157-5. Six members are appointed for five year terms with an appointment date of September 30. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30pm at 65 Church Street.

Members include:  David Broadway, James R. Edwards, Dr. G. W. Brown, Eugene R. Cullin, Jr., Duncan MacDonald and Hilliard Gibbs.
