COMMUNITY APPEARANCE COMMISSION The Community Appearance Commission was created to improve the visual quality and aesthetic characteristics of Waynesville. Special training or experience in a design field, such as architecture, landscape design, horticulture, city planning, or a closely related field is needed. The Commission consists of nine (9) members who must reside within the land use area of Waynesville. Terms of appointment are for four (4) years with an appointment date of March 1. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at Town Hall.
