The Human Resources Department is located in the Municipal Building at 16 South Main Street in Waynesville.  This department recruits job applicants, processes and screens applications and interviews candidates for Town positions. The Human Resources Manager administers Town employee programs, directs performance appraisal system, handles employee insurance and benefits and coordinates training and safety programs.
