The Finance Department is responsible for payroll, cash disbursements, utility and tax billings and collections. Offices are located at 16 South Main Street Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Utility and tax payments can also be made at the Hazelwood drive-through located at 280 Georgia Avenue, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. until noon.
